How long from order to a running machine?
Typically 45–60 days of production plus 35–45 days of sea transit, followed by installation and commissioning. We confirm the schedule against your launch date when you order.
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
Every machine carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and component faults. We support claims with genuine spare parts and remote technical guidance; normal wear and consumable parts are not covered.
Do you handle installation and operator training?
Yes — installation and commissioning on site or guided remotely, plus hands-on operator and maintenance training in English, Russian, Spanish or Chinese.
How are spare parts handled?
We supply original spare parts and consumables on request and keep fast-moving wear parts available, so a small stock and remote support keep downtime to a minimum.
Can you support EAC certification for Russia?
Yes. EAC documentation is coordinated through our Russian partner HD RUS LLC and is typically completed in 30–45 days, alongside local installation and after-sales support.
What languages do you provide support in?
