The SAGLIN-RZFD-T series is the twisted-rope handle workhorse of the SAGLIN paper bag range — seven configurations covering the full retail shopping bag spectrum, from the compact 250T for small premium carriers to the wide-format 550NT for large branded and gift bags. Twisted-rope handle is the premium retail standard: strong load capacity and a recognisable mid-to-high-end look.

The series splits into two families. The standard T models (250T / 330T / 450AT / 450BT) cover plain twisted-rope shopping bags at up to 200 bags/min. The printing-ready NT models (400NT / 450NT / 550NT) add an optional inline 2-color or 4-color flexographic printing unit, producing branded retail bags directly from the kraft roll for cosmetics, apparel, and premium gift accounts.
Every RZFD-T machine ships with electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian market (380V / 50Hz, EAC support). Installation, commissioning, and operator training are handled by our partner HD RUS LLC in the Moscow region.

The 250T and 330T reach the 200 bags/min peak on smaller shopping bag formats. Wider configurations run lower — 450AT/450BT/450NT at 150 bags/min, 550NT at 120 bags/min. The NT models (400NT / 450NT / 550NT) are printing-ready and accept an optional inline flexographic printing unit; their larger footprint reflects the extended machine length. The printing-ready NT models — RZFD-400NT, 450NT, and 550NT — accept an optional inline flexographic printing unit.
