The SAGLIN-DX-1207 is a fully automatic cardboard-to-cardboard laminator — built for converters whose finished product is judged by registration accuracy and surface finish. It handles 100–800 g/m² art paper on top and 180–1800 g/m² cardboard underneath, with lamination held at ±0.5 mm precision on standard smooth board.

What sets the DX-1207 apart is the combination of dynamic alignment with synchronized lamination, three-sensor automatic glue level control, and a planet transmission with timer-belt drive throughout. Glue coating goes as thin as 0.02 mm with a side glue stopper plus recirculation system that prevents overflow at full speed.
The machine ships with all electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian and CIS markets (220/380V three-phase 50Hz, EAC certification support), and can be installed and commissioned by our partner HD RUS LLC in Moscow within 10–14 days of arrival on site.

Lamination precision and effective speed depend on paper quality, glue formulation, and operator experience. At 150 sheets/min on calibrated stock, ±0.5 mm registration is repeatedly achievable. Specifications subject to change without notice as part of continuous improvement.

Eight engineered systems.
From feeder intake through stacker output, every subsystem on the DX-1207 is engineered for sub-millimeter consistency at 150 sheets/min — no operator-dependent variation.
Dynamic Registration ±0.5 mm
Synchronized laminating with front and side stoppers. Holds ±0.5 mm precision on standard smooth paperboard — sharper than typical flute lamination, suitable for premium box converters.
Front-Top Suction Feeders
Both top and bottom feeders use front-top leading-edge suction with E-type holding plates. Stable at high speed, no format readjustment between sheet sizes, fast paper changeover.
0.02 mm Glue Coating
Minimum 0.02 mm coating thickness, three sensors auto-regulate glue level. Glue-roller precision under 0.01 mm — consistent film, no waste, repeatable bond strength batch after batch.
Side Glue Stopper + Recirculation
Delicate side glue stopper plus a glue re-circulation loop prevents overflow at full speed and keeps the workspace clean. Paper releaser allows easy roller cleaning and calibration.
Planet Transmission, Timer-Belt Drive
State-of-the-art planet transmission distributes power evenly across the line. Whole equipment runs on timer belts — service-free operation, low noise, high efficiency.
Multi-Layer Pressing Conveyor
Motorized adjustment of revolving speed and pressing length. Multi-layer presses laminated paper while extra rollers apply repeated heavy pressure for smoother, flatter finished sheets.
Vibrant-Loose Automatic Stacker
Loosens laminated sheets cleanly into neat stacks. E-type stacking plate plus high-speed elevator pulls finished products out fast — minimal operator handling, ready for downstream cutting or die-cutting.
Three-Channel Feedback Control
Man-machine interface, voice alarm, and lamp-indicator PLC — three independent feedback channels report operation status, faults, and maintenance logs in parallel. Operators see issues before they cascade.
