The SAGLIN-DX-1450 is a fully automatic high-speed flute laminator designed for converting printed top sheets onto single-flute (A–N) and multi-ply (3–7) corrugated boards or grey paperboard above 300 gsm. It operates as a stand-alone unit or as the core station of a complete corrugated box production line, paired with our SAGLIN-DX-FZ1450 automatic flip-flop stacker.

Lamination tolerance and effective speed depend on board quality, pre-cut precision, and operator experience. Shaftless servo drive handles 120–600 gsm without setup change. Pre-loading device standard. Over-lapping feed ensures smooth running of low-gsm stocks.

What is the realistic production speed in a Russian factory?
12,000 sheets/h is the verified maximum on calibrated stock. In our installed base in Russia and CIS, two-shift averages settle around 8,000–10,000 sheets/h, which still corresponds to roughly 4 million m² annually on 1450×1450 mm boards. Real output depends on board quality, top-sheet pre-cut precision, and operator experience.
Is the machine EAC certified?
The SAGLIN-DX-1450 carries CE certification. EAC certification is arranged through our partner HD RUS LLC in Moscow as part of the turnkey delivery package — they handle the declaration of conformity for the Russian Customs Union. Estimated certification lead time: 30–45 days, included in our standard project schedule.
What is the typical lead time and delivery schedule?
40 working days from receipt of 30% deposit. Sea freight to St. Petersburg or Novorossiysk typically takes 35–45 days. On-site installation and commissioning by our HD RUS team takes 10–14 days. Operator training is 5 working days, conducted in Russian.
What spare parts inventory should I keep?
We recommend a 12-month spare-parts kit (including consumable bearings, sensors, belts, and one set of servo encoders) at an additional cost of approximately 4–6% of the machine value. HD RUS in Moscow keeps a fast-moving parts inventory and ships within 24 hours across Russia.
Can the SAGLIN-DX-1450 run grey paperboard for premium packaging?
Yes. Bottom sheets from 0.5 mm to 10 mm thick are within the design envelope, including grey paperboard above 300 gsm. For a dedicated grey-board converter, however, our SAGLIN-DX-1207 cardboard laminator is a more cost-effective configuration — please ask us for a comparative quote.
What warranty and after-sales coverage do I get?
