The SAGLIN paper bag range is built around format flexibility. Configurations span the three dominant retail bag formats: twisted-rope handle shopping bags (SAGLIN-RZFD-T), twin-handle premium shopping bags (SAGLIN-RZFD-TF), and high-speed flat-bottom food bags (SAGLIN-RZJD-G). The flagship SAGLIN-RZFD-330TF integrates twisted-rope and flat-handle production on a single platform — replacing two machines with one.
Every SAGLIN paper bag machine ships with electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian and CIS markets (380V / 50Hz, EAC support), and is installed and commissioned by our partner HD RUS LLC in Moscow.

Printing-ready SAGLIN configurations — the RZFD-NT shopping bag models and the RZJD-G350J flat-bottom food bag machine — accept an optional inline flexographic printing unit, factory-fit. Pre-printing capability eliminates the post-print finishing step on branded retail bags and adds direct margin on every bag produced.
The integrated approach is dramatically faster than the separate-station route: a single operator runs both printing and bag forming, web tension is maintained throughout, and registration drift between print and bag features is eliminated by German SICK optical tracking.

Inline Printing Speed
