Frequently Asked Questions
General questions about equipment, purchasing process, and support
Our sales team analyzes your current production flow, processed materials, monthly volume, and end products to recommend the ideal category — cutting, surface finishing, bookbinding, packaging forming, or integrated lines.
Simply contact us via form or WhatsApp with a description of your business. We respond within 24 hours with personalized technical guidance, no obligation.
Both. We supply individual machines for specific needs or design complete lines integrating printing, cutting, lamination, folding, and packaging in a continuous flow.
Our engineering team performs the factory layout, sizes the equipment, and develops synchronization interfaces between machines at different stages. For runs above 5,000 units/month, an integrated line is more cost-effective in the long run.
The process follows four transparent steps:
1. Quotation: you send your requirements and receive a technical proposal within 24
hours, with a detailed quote and ROI estimate.
2. Production: after order
confirmation and 30% deposit payment, the machine is manufactured in 45–60 days, with a 72-hour
pre-shipment test under load.
3. Shipping: sea freight of 35–45 days to the
destination port, with all import documentation provided.
4. Installation: SAGLIN
engineers install and train your operators in English over 5 days.
Payment: 30% deposit via T/T to initiate production and 70% balance before shipping, after pre-shipment test approval. For large-scale projects, we discuss special financing terms.
Total lead time: approximately 80–105 days (45–60 days production + 35–45 days sea freight). Standard configuration machines have shorter lead times; customized equipment may require up to 90 days of production.
We offer 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, with free replacement parts and remote technical support during this period (excluding natural wear items such as blades and belts).
After the warranty, we maintain Lifetime Parts Support: critical parts are kept in stock or manufactured on demand within 7–15 days, with international shipping via express courier. Our team supports your production for years, not just on the first order.
