SAGLIN offers both options:

- Standalone machines: for print shops that already have part of the infrastructure and wish to modernize or expand specific capacity.
- Complete lines: a turnkey project that integrates printing, cutting, lamination, folding, binding, and packaging into a continuous flow.

Our engineering team performs: production demand analysis, optimized factory layout according to available space, mechanical and electrical integration, synchronization programming between machines, and training of operation and maintenance teams.

An integrated line provides measurable gains in four dimensions:

1. Productivity: automatically connects the stages of collating, gluing, drying, and three-knife trimming. Average increase of 40-60% in hourly output.
2. Quality: mechanical transport between stations eliminates alignment errors. Waste rate reduced from 5-8% to 1-2%.
3. Labor: an integrated line requires 2-3 operators, versus 6-8 operators for the same volume with standalone machines.

For integration with equipment from other brands, our automation team maps existing protocols, develops conversion gateways when necessary, and performs stress testing before delivery. The ramp-up period varies according to the complexity of the line:

- Installation and assembly: 5–10 days (positioning, leveling, connections)
- Commissioning: 3–5 days (individual tests, sensor calibration)
- Integration: 2–3 days (speed synchronization, conveyor adjustment)
- Production testing: 2–5 days (pilot batches, parameter adjustment)
- Training: 3–5 days (operators, setters, and maintenance)
- Steady-state production: 2–4 weeks (technical support, fine-tuning)
