Our production facility is organized around modular assembly cells, each dedicated to a specific machine category. Structural welding, precision machining, electrical assembly and final commissioning happen in sequence under one roof — eliminating the supply chain timing risks that delay our competitors' deliveries.
Every machine undergoes a 72-hour pre-shipment test under simulated production load. Cold foil units run with real foil rolls. Laminating machines process real paperboard. Window patching machines cycle with blank sheets and film. The result: when the crate is opened in Santos or São Paulo, our engineers commission the machine — they don't do corrective maintenance.

Installation by SAGLIN engineers with local support from HD BRA (our partner in Brazil). Brazilian Operator training in English included for 5 days. 12-month warranty from acceptance.
