Ultrasonic Paper Bowl Machine ZBJ-DP35 (Open Cam)

The machine produces containers of 10 to 50 oz (bowls, cups, and containers). Dimensions are adjustable via mold change: bottom diameter from 75 to 130 mm, top diameter from 95 to 150 mm, and height from 50 to 135 mm. The machine comes with one set of molds chosen by the user.

The rated speed is 60 to 80 pieces per minute (4,200–4,800 pcs/hour). Actual speed varies depending on cup size, paper quality, and thickness. The machine processes PE-coated paper (single- or double-sided), with grammage of 170–450 g/m².

Yes. The user must purchase an air compressor separately. The machine requires an air pressure of 0.4 MPa and a flow rate of 0.6 m³/minute. Compressed air is used for the hot air heating system at the cup bottom and for general operation of the pneumatic system.

Side seam welding uses the ultrasonic system, which offers greater durability and consistency compared to traditional gluing. The cup bottom is sealed by hot air + knurling. For double-sided PE paper, a water cooling device on the knurling station is required to ensure proper adhesion.

Yes. The ZBJ-DP35 adopts an 8-station open cam mechanism for indexing movement, which facilitates maintenance and parts replacement. To change sizes, complete mold sets (different base diameter or angle) or half molds (same base and angle, only different height) are available, reducing cost and setup time.
