Yes. Combined with the UV drying system, the MX-1020 enables spot UV varnish, full UV varnish, UV polishing, UV refraction, UV foaming, and colored crystal, as well as anti-counterfeiting effects. The standard configuration includes 4 UV lamps (8.0 kW each) and 1 IR lamp.
The MX-1020 features a side guide (pull/push) design with non-stop adjustment device. Both guides are equipped with sensors that monitor whether the printing material is in the correct position. The cylinder stops automatically in steps to ensure precise feeding at the gripper.
Optional accessories include: UV+IR dryer (4 UV lamps + IR), automatic stacker (700 mm height), full-line elevation, pre-stacker (2 m), transformer, plus a complete screen-making set (drying oven, frame, exposure unit, squeegee sharpener).
