The nominal speed is 70 to 80 pieces per minute. For 7 oz cups, the machine maintains a stable 80 pcs/min. Speed is influenced by cup size, paper quality, and material thickness.
Yes. The ZBJ-OC12 processes PE-coated paper on one or both sides. For single-sided, the bottom knurling uses direct heating. For double-sided, a recirculating water cooling device must be installed on the knurling to ensure proper sealing. Side sealing uses an ultrasonic system.
The ZBJ-OC12 has 12 sensors that control the entire production process: fan paper shortage detection, ultrasonic activation, side seal verification, cup body transfer, bottom knurling, cup drop detection, discharge, counting, and motor positioning. Any failure triggers an automatic stop and displays diagnostics on the HMI.
Yes. The ZBJ-OC12 comes equipped with an integrated cup collector/stacker. Thanks to the fully automated process and the PLC+HMI system with fault diagnostics, one operator can manage 2 to 3 machines simultaneously, significantly reducing labor costs.
