Automatic Stripping Machine HTQF-1020

The machine accepts paper from 500 × 500 mm up to 1,100 × 920 mm, with a maximum blanking area of 380 × 920 mm. Stack height ranges from 40 to 100 mm. It is recommended for stripping pharmaceutical packaging, cigarette packs, cosmetic boxes, paper cups, and paper bowls.

The speed ranges from 5 to 10 cycles per minute, depending on the material size and the complexity of the blanking die.

The machine is designed to integrate single-row blanking with multi-up production. It is compatible with pharmaceutical packaging, cigarette packs, cosmetic boxes, blanks for paper cups and bowls, and other products that require waste stripping after the cutting and creasing process.
